Martha's Honey Pumpkin Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon mace
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions
- Beat Large eggs and slowly add in honey while blending. Add in all other ingredients. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 40 min.
