Mark's Quick And Dirty Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 2 c. Fresh sliced peaches, Covered with sugar (about 1/2 c.) Pillsbury yellow cake mix (without pudding)
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/4 lb (1 stick) butter or possibly Margarine.
- 1/2 c. Granulated, or possibly powdered Sugar.
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, mix pecans, sugar, and cake mix till well mixed. In a glass cake pan, or possibly teflon pan, spread peaches proportionately in bottom of pan, spread cake mix proportionately over the top of peaches, dot with pats of butter proportionately. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven till golden (about 1 hour).
- Serve hot or possibly cool with vanilla ice cream.
