Marinated Sirloin Of Lamb With Garlic, Yogurt, Mint And Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 x Lamb sirloins
- 8 ounce Plain yogurt
- 4 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 c. Minced poblano peppers
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh mint Mint sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Mix the yogurt, cloves, peppers and mint. Spread this mix all over the lamb in a mixing bowl and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
- Grill over high heat 5 min on first side and 4 min on reverse side. Remove from heat and let sit 5 min. Slice and serve with fresh mint sprigs.
