Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Roast
So So Good!! Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. boneless pork loin
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb. carrots, quartered
- 4-6 medium red potatoes, halved
Directions
- Stir together maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over pork roast and place in a shallow pan. Add carrots and potatoes.
- Roast at 350 degrees until pork temp is 160 degrees and vegetables are done. Approx. 45 minutes to 1 1/4 hours.
- Remove and slice.
