Mango Lassi For One
Ingredients
- 1 c. Plain lowfat yoghurt
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 3/4 Tbsp. Sugar plus extra to taste
- 1/4 c. Mango pulp
- 1/4 x -(up to)
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cardamom (plus extra for garnish if you like.)
- 3 x Cubes
Directions
- Place all ingrediants in blender and puree till smooth. Add in extra sugar to taste if you like. Garnish with grnd cardamom. Add in extra ice if you like.
