Maggi Lasagne
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 500 gm chopped beef
- 1 pkt MAGGI Lasagne Cook in the Pot Recipe Mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 x 425 gram can tomato puree
- 6 x MAGGI Lasagne Sheets, (6 to 8)
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. cheese sauce, MAGGI or possibly homemade extra grated cheese, (parmesan if preferred)
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add in the mince and brown over a high heat. Drain the oil.
- Combine the MAGGI Lasagne Recipe Mix, water and tomato puree and add in to the pan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 5 min.
- Spread one-third of the mince mix over the base of a 22cm square ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. grated cheese. Cover with lasagne sheets. Repeat the layers.
- Top with the remaining mince mix. Pour the cheese sauce over the mince. Top with extra grated cheese.
- Cook in a preheated oven, 180 C, for 40-45 min or possibly till the pasta is tender and the topping is golden.
- Stand for 5 min before serving. Serve with a green salad.
