Macaroons Sherbet Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 4 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 dozen Coconut Macaroons
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 3 quarts. sherbet, orange, pineapple and lime
Directions
- Whip cream. Add in sugar and vanilla and nuts. Mix in macaroons crumbs. Spread 1/2 of mix in 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze. When stiff, add in sherbet in layers. Spread remaining cream mix over top and put in freezer.
