Macaroon Kisses
Ingredients
- 2 (7 ounce.) pkg. flaked coconut
- 1 (14 ounce.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 bag chocolate Hershey kisses
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine coconut, lowfat milk and vanilla, mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min till lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove and put on wax paper. Press kiss in center of each macaroon.
