    USE ALMA'S FUSILLI 100% ITALIAN ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT DURUM SEMOLINA IMPORTED FROM ITALY A MACARONI PRODUCT.

    Ingredients

    • 1-12 OZ (340g) BOX FUSILLI
    • 1-1/2 CUPS ORGANIC MAYONNAISE
    • 1-8 OZ ORGANIC VANILLA YOGURT
    • 2 TABLESPOONS ORGANIC SUGAR OR STEVIA
    • 1 TABLESPOON ORGANIC MUSTARD
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON CELERY SEED
    • 1-1/2 CUPS ORGANIC CELERY (PUT IN NINJA TO GRIND SMALL)
    • 1 ORGANIC GREEN PEPPER, CUT LENGTHWISE & GRIND WITH CELERY
    • 3/4 CUP ORGANIC SCALLIONS OR SWEET VADALIA ONIONS, GROUND WITH CELERY.
    • 3/4 CUP BREAD & BUTTER PICKLES WITH JUICE, CUT FINE, LOOK FOR NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP OR ORGANIC WHEN AVAILABLE.
    • 1/2 CUP FRESH PARSLEY FROM GARDEN

    Directions

    1. COOK PASTA AS DIRECTED ON PACKAGE, DRAIN & RINSE WITH COLD WATER & DRAIN AGAIN, SET ASIDE.
    2. MIX MAYONNAISE, YOGURT, STEVIA (ORGANIC SUGAR) MUSTARD, SALT, CELERY SEED IN LARGE BOWL.
    3. ADD PASTA, GROUND VEGETABLES, PICKLES, PARSLEY & TOSS UNTIL WELL MIXED.
    4. REFRIGERATE AT LEAST AN HOUR, MIX AGAIN BEFORE SERVING.
