Macadamia Mahi Mahi
Ingredients
- 1 x Mahi-mahi fillet (2 lb)
- 1 ct (8 ounce) Pina Colada yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. (3 1/2 ounce) Macadamia nuts
Directions
- Place mahi-mahi in bag. Add in yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.
- Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Arrange mahi-mahi in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 min. Remove to serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.
