Lula's Pennsylvania Dutch Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x 9" pie crust
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 4 c. Thin sliced tart apples
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Cool butter
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
Directions
- Blend crumb ingredients together and set aside.
- Combine lowfat sour cream, sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Add in apples and beaten egg. Bake in shell for 25 min @ 400F. Remove from oven, add in crumbs. Return to oven for 20 min.
- Cold and chill. Serve when cool.
