    These low-fat chocolate chip cookies are just the perfect thing to satisfy your sweet tooth and craving while you are trying to slim down.

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/4 cup Canola oil
    • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 2 egg whites, beaten
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup oats (ground)
    • 1/4 c. almond flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Directions

    1. Melt the butter until it is brown. In a stand mixer, mix together sugars, butter and CAnola oil. Add vanilla and egg whites and combine. IN a separate bowl, whisk together flour through Cinnamon. Put the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix on low speed until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
    2. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
