Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies
These low-fat chocolate chip cookies are just the perfect thing to satisfy your sweet tooth and craving while you are trying to slim down. Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup Canola oil
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup oats (ground)
- 1/4 c. almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt the butter until it is brown. In a stand mixer, mix together sugars, butter and CAnola oil. Add vanilla and egg whites and combine. IN a separate bowl, whisk together flour through Cinnamon. Put the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix on low speed until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
