Low Cholesterol Eggs
Ingredients
- 8 whl Egg Whites
- 1/4 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Polyunsaturated Vegetable Oil
- 7 dsh Yellow Food Coloring
Directions
- 1. Put egg whites, dry lowfat milk, oil and food coloring into a blender jar.
- 2. Blend till smooth.
- 3. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator for no more than 1 week, but it may also be frzn.
- 4. To use, substitute 1/4 c. for each egg called for.
