    I always make this for my health conscious,icecream loving sons.You could play around with ingredients as they suit your tastes and preferences.

    Ingredients

    • 2 bananas-sliced
    • 1/2 avocado-chopped
    • 6 oreo biscuits
    • 2 tbsp semi sweet choco chips
    • 1 tbsp honey(optional)
    • 1-2 tbsp drinking chocolate

    Directions

    1. Freeze the banana slices for about 2 hours.
    2. In a blender blend the frozen bananas for 1 minute.
    3. Then add the other ingredients and blend well till thick and creamy.
    4. Transfer into a freezable container and freeze till solid.If you wish you could whisk the mixture once inbetween and then freeze it back again till solid.
    5. Your great tasting low fat low cal,low sugar ice cream is now ready.
