Low calories,low fat,low sugar ice cream
I always make this for my health conscious,icecream loving sons.You could play around with ingredients as they suit your tastes and preferences. Ingredients
- 2 bananas-sliced
- 1/2 avocado-chopped
- 6 oreo biscuits
- 2 tbsp semi sweet choco chips
- 1 tbsp honey(optional)
- 1-2 tbsp drinking chocolate
Directions
- Freeze the banana slices for about 2 hours.
- In a blender blend the frozen bananas for 1 minute.
- Then add the other ingredients and blend well till thick and creamy.
- Transfer into a freezable container and freeze till solid.If you wish you could whisk the mixture once inbetween and then freeze it back again till solid.
- Your great tasting low fat low cal,low sugar ice cream is now ready.
