Low Calorie Italian Style Dressing
Ingredients
- 2/3 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 sm garlic cloves crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Measure all ingredients into a pint jar; cover. Shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator. Shake before using.
- This recipe yields 1 c. for 8 servings.
- Note: Low-sodium diets: Omit salt. Substitute unsalted tomato juice.
