Low - Cal Fruit Bread
Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar Twin
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan.
- Cream together in small bowl Sugar Twin and butter. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; add in to creamed mix. Beat in large eggs. Stir in applesauce, raisins and walnuts. Bake 1 hour. Makes 16 slices. Only 169 calories per slice.
