    A good wine makes a wonderful event out of a salad!

    Ingredients

    • Mixed Salad greens and yellow peppers, tomato, broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, cran-raisins and a splash of your favorite wine for dressing!

    Directions

    1. []Cut and prepare veggies. Sprinkle with seeds and cran-raisins! Splash with wine.

      I repeated this salad only adding a very tender round pork. Slicing it thin, cold round disks of meat, and it was wonderful! Used a creamy ranch dressing.
