  • Louie D's Creole Crab Au Gratin

    Ingredients

    • 1 x Red onion minced fine
    • 1 lb Fresh crab meat cleaned
    • 1 c. Grated vermont white cheddar
    • 1/4 c. Italin bread crumbs
    • 1 dsh Green dragon warm sauce
    • 4 Tbsp. Butter
    • 1 1/2 c. Whole lowfat milk
    • 1 x Italian frying pepper minced fine
    • 2 Tbsp. Flour
    • 2 tsp Louie D's seasoning mix

    Directions

    1. In a large cast iron skillet satue onions and pepper in butter till onion is transparent. Add in lowfat milk, and flour stirring constantly, cook till thickened. Add in Crab meat, seasoning, and warm sauce. Place half the fold in a greased casserole dish; sprinkle half the cheese on top and cover with bread crumbs, add in the rest of the mix, sprinkle the rest of the cheese and bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Do not burn the topping.
