Lobster Broccoli Chowder
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- Pepper to taste
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. cooked minced broccoli
- 2 sm. boiled lobster tails, minced
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Saute/fry onion and celery in butter. Add in flour, salt, pepper, tarragon and lowfat milk to make a white sauce. Add in other ingredients and cook till blended but don't boil.
- Serves 4.
