Lime-Chili-Butter Grilled Corn-on-the-Cob
Great for a picnic BBQ, any outdoor function Ingredients
- 6 Ears of fresh corn (remove husks and silk) Rinsed
- 1/2 stick sweet cream butter (melted)
- one teaspoon chili powder
- one fresh lime (juice only)
- Sprinkling of any Grated Cheese
Directions
- In a bowl add lime juice, butter, chili powder and stir well to mix. Brush on each ear of corn and place on the grill, grill for several minutes per side. Continue to brush Lime chili butter as you grill and turn corn.
- Add grated cheese of your choice when grilling is completed, plate and serve
