Lightly Breaded & Baked Tilapia
Light and fresh fish baked in a matter of minutes! Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia Filets
- 3 tablespoons corn meal
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- one teaspoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 fresh lemon (juice only)
- Drizzle of canola oil
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- On a plate add corn meal, bread crumbs, old bay, garlic salt mix well, coat each Tilapia Filet well on both sides, place in a non stick baking dish, squeeze fresh lemon over filets, drizzle some canola oil and pop into the hot oven and bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown (and fish flakes apart).
- Serve with your favorite side dishes
