    A BAKED COMBINATION THAT TASTES VERY GOOD! NEED 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED POTATOES. OVEN TEMP. 350 DEGREES

    Ingredients

    • 1-1/2 CUPS (15 OZ. ORGANIC CANNELLINI WHITE KIDNEY BEANS
    • 1-1/2 CUPS (15 OZ. ORGANIC COOKED LENTILS
    • 1-1/2 CUPS COOKED ORGANIC POTATOES, MASHED
    • 1-1/2 TBSP. ORGANIC OLIVE OIL
    • 1 TBSP. PARSLEY PASTE, SEASONING OR FRESH CHOPPED
    • 3 ORGANIC GARLIC CLOVES, PRESSED
    • 1 ORGANIC ONION, CHOPPED
    • 1 TEASPOON POULTRY SEASONING
    • 1 TBSP. BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS
    • 1 TEAS. BRAGG SPRINKLE
    • 1 TEAS. BRAGG KELP
    • 1/4 CUP FLAXSEED MEAL
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC TOMATO SAUCE OR PUREE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS OF ORGANIC FLOUR IF NEEDED TO THICKEN.
    • ORGANIC PANKO FOR COATING

    Directions

    1. COMBINE COOKED OR CANNED BEANS, LENTILS & MASHED POTATOES IN NINJA BOWL.
    2. PUT OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SAUTE' PAN, ADD PARSLEY PASTE OR FRESH PARSLEY, GARLIC, ONION & COOK FOR 5 MINUTES, ADD TO LENTIL, BEAN & POTATO MIXTURE ALREADY IN NINJA BOWL AND MIX UNTIL COMBINED.
    3. ADD SEASONINGS AND THE ONION MIXTURE INTO THE NINJA BOWL AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH.
    4. SHAPE INTO SIZE OF GOLF BALLS OR PATTIES.
    5. COAT WITH ORGANIC PANKO.
    6. BAKE ON COOKIE SHEET AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES.
