Lemonade Cream Cheese Pie
Delicious, easy prep frozen dessert. Ingredients
- Ready-made graham cracker crust,
- or 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 3 T sugar, and 4 T melted butter
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 3.4 oz. lemon pudding
- 1 T lemon zest
- 16 oz. soft cream cheese
- 12 oz. can lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cool Whip
Directions
- In a 9 inch aluminum pan, mix the crumbs, butter and sugar together and press into the pan. Place in freezer.
- Mix cream cheese with vanilla until soft and fluffy.
- Combine other ingredients together in a bowl and add to cream cheese.
- Beat until completely combined, pour into crust.
- Freeze for 8 hours or more.
- Top with Cool Whip and serve.
