Lemon Turkey Cutlets

- 2 Turkey Cutlets
- 2 Tbls Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Lemon Pepper seasoning
- Olive Oil
Directions
- 1. Heat pan over med-high heat.
- 2. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil.
- 3. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over both sides of turkey.
- 4. Cook turkey for about 10 minutes, turning half way.
- 5. While cooking, you can mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- 6. Once turkey is almost done, pour sauce into pan.
- 7. Simmer for a 2 minutes.
- 8. Serve
