- Salt 80gr
- Custard Powder 3gr
- Salt and pepper To tast
Directions
- ⢠All mixed together
- ⢠Boiled just boiling
- ⢠When finish sauce
- ⢠Just add the custard powder
- ⢠Salt and pepper
- ⢠Chicken sliced marinated with salt ,pepper ,egg custard powder, plan flour
- ⢠After Marinating put in the Hong Kong powder deep fried.
