Lemon Crisp Cookies

- 1 pkg (18 1/4 oz.) lemon cake mix
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
- The Dough Will Be Crumbly.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets
- Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until set
- Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
