  • Layered Salad

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Minced lettuce or possibly spinach
    • 1 lb crumbled fried bacon
    • 7 x Hard boiled Large eggs
    • 1 c. Shredded lettuce
    • 1 c. Frzn uncooked peas
    • 1 c. Onion (mild), thinly sliced
    • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 c. Whipped salad dressing
    • 1 c. Grated swiss cheese

    Directions

    1. Layer the ingredients in the following order - start with the minced lettuce or possibly spinach, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.- top the minced lettuce with the bacon- top the bacon with the sliced Large eggs- top the sliced Large eggs with shredded lettuce, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.- top the lettuce with a layer of frzn peas- top the peas layer with the sliced onion- combine the salad dressing and mayonaise and spread over the sliced onion- springle the grated cheese on top.Cover and refridgerate for 24 hrs. Remove from fridge one to two hrs before serving.
