Layered Guacamole Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans of bean dip
- 5 mashed avocados with juice from 1 lemon
- 1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 pts. lowfat sour cream
- 2 sm. jars Rotel warm sauce
- 4 to 5 green onions, minced and sprinkled on top
