Laswa
"Laswa" literally means "vegetable", this recipe comes from Iloilo, an awesome province in the Philippines. It is a healthy dish and rich in fiber. Ingredients
- 4-6 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of sliced ginger
- 1/4 kilo of fresh dilis (long-jawed anchovy)
- 6 pcs of sliced tomatoes
- 2 pcs of Knorr Fish broth cubes
- 1 bunch of saluyot leaves (Jute Leaves)
- 1 bunch of malunggay (Moringa) leaves
- 1 bunch of alugbati (vine spinach) leaves
Directions
- Boil water with ginger, dilis, tomatoes, and knorr fish cubes. Let it simmer. Add saluyot, malunggay, and alugbati leaves. Let it simmer again for another 2-3 minutes or until the veggies are cooked.
