    Ingredients

    • Unsalted butter-1\2 cup
    • Powdered sugar-1 cup
    • Vanilla extract-1tsp
    • Egg whites-4
    • All purpose flour-1 cup

    Directions

    1. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat till soft and creamy
    2. Add vanilla extract and beat till mixed well
    3. Add half of the egg whites and mix till combined
    4. Add half of the flour and mix
    5. Add the remaining and mix again
    6. Add the remaining flour and mix till combined
    7. Do not over mix
    8. Place the dough in a pastry bag with a 1\4 inch plain tip
    9. Let it rest at room temperature for about an hour
    10. Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
    11. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
    12. Pipe 21\2 inch long lines on the paper keeping a distance of 1 inch between each line
    13. Bake for 9-10 minutes
