Kim's Spinach 'N' Dill Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. minced spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, minced small
- 2 T dill weed
- 2 T onion flakes
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 2 T beau monde (a seasoning) Bon Appetite can be used
- 1 T season all
Directions
- Blend all ingredients well in large bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hrs. Stir before serving. Fill inside of dark round rye (with inners removed). Break rest of bread into pcs and put out with fresh vegetables for dipping.
