    Ingredients

    • What we need :
    • Ripe Mango(Nattu Mambazham) : 3 - 4 no
    • Green Chillies : 3
    • Cumin Seeds(Jeerakam) : 1/4 tsp
    • Red Chillies(Kollamulaku) : 3 - 4no
    • Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
    • Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
    • Fenugreek Powder(Uluva) : 1/4 tsp
    • Grated Coconut : 2 Cup
    • Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
    • Coconut Oil : 4 tsp
    • Curry leaves : 1 stem
    • Water : 1/2 Cup
    • Salt : As reqd.
    • Yoghurt : 2 cup

    Directions

    1. Preparation of Mambazha Pulissery:
    2. 1)Peel the mango and boil it in water along with green chillies & salt.
    3. 2)Grind the coconut with cumin seeds, turmeric powder & chilli powder to a fine paste and add this paste to the boiling mango.
    4. 3)Blend the Yoghurt for making it smooth and add this to the the mixture(don't allow the yoghurt to split).
    5. 4)Heat the coconut oil in a pan.
    6. 5)Add mustard seeds and when they crackle,add red chillies & curry leaves.
    7. 6)Add the above into the mango curry and stir well.
    8. 7)Add Uluva powder and mix well.
