Christmas Cottage Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Powdered sugar for coating
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 F
- Mix the butter with the sugar and the flour
- Add the pecans and the vanilla extract.
- Using your hands, mix well, and shape into walnut-sized balls
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 30-40 or until golden
- Do Not Allow To Brown
- Remove from the oven and roll in the powdered sugar while still warm
