  • Kapusniak Ze Swiezej Kapusty (Cabbage Soup)

    Ingredients

    • 3/4 lb Pork, lean, cut into small pcs
    • 1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
    • 1 can Beef broth (10 1/2 ounce)
    • 1 can Soup, tomato
    • 2 x Soup can of water
    • 4 c. Cabbage, shredded
    • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
    • 2 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Paprika
    • 1 x Bay leaf
    • 1 Tbsp. Sherry Lowfat sour cream

    Directions

    1. Brown pork in butter. Add in remaining ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat-30 minutes.; stir often. Serve with spoonsfull of lowfat sour cream. A Balkan stew-soup to make a supper.
