Kapusniak Ze Swiezej Kapusty (Cabbage Soup)
Ingredients
- 3/4 lb Pork, lean, cut into small pcs
- 1 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 1 can Beef broth (10 1/2 ounce)
- 1 can Soup, tomato
- 2 x Soup can of water
- 4 c. Cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry Lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Brown pork in butter. Add in remaining ingredients except lowfat sour cream. Cover; cook over low heat-30 minutes.; stir often. Serve with spoonsfull of lowfat sour cream. A Balkan stew-soup to make a supper.
