Kangkong with Minced Garlic
This very simple recipe has been a favorite lately. Even my little girl enjoyed this. One of the vegetables that she eats with gusto! Ingredients
- 2 bundles kangkong
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
Directions
- Stir-fry the chopped garlic in sesame oil. Season with a little soy sauce.
- Put in the kangking stalks first add little water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes. Add the leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the kangkong and serve.
