Italian Turkey Breast Scaloppini
Ingredients
- 1 lb Wild Turkey Breast (cut into scallopini)
- 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Dip turkey in salad dressing to coat. Roll proportionately in bread crumbs. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat till warm; add in turkey. Cook 10-15 min or possibly till turkey is golden, tender, and no longer pink in the center, turning once.
