Italian Chocolate Meatball Cookies
Ingredients
- 1C CRISCO - MELTED - COOLED
- 2C MILK
- 7 ½ C FLOUR
- 2 1/3 C SUGAR
- 1TSP CINNAMON
- 1 TSP NUTMEG
- 1 TSP CLOVES
- 1 TSP ALLSPICE
- ¾ C COCOA
- 2 TSP BAKING SODA
- ½ C CHOPPED NUTS
Directions
- MELT CRISCO SET ASIDE TO COOL
- ADD MILK TO COOLED CRISCO
- MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
- POUR IN CRISCO/MILK AND MIX WELL.
- DROP BY ROUNDED TEASPOON ONTO A GREASED BAKING SHEET.
- BAKE IN 375 OVEN FOR 12 MINUTES
- GLAZE/FROST WITH CONFECTIONERS SUGAR GLAZE.
