Italian Chicken. (The Advocate, 3/1/12
Crock Pot recipe by Celia Musick Ingredients
- 2 # chicken breasts
- 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 ( 7.3 oz) jar diced mushrooms
- 1 rib celery,diced
- 1 c onions, diced
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1-2 tsp Tony's Chachere's seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4c. red wine
- 1 Tab. Cornstarch
- 1/3 c. Cold water
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp.black
Directions
- Place chicken in slow cooker.
- Mix cornstarch & water, then add in all other ingred.
- Pour over ck.and cook on LOW FOR 6-8 hrs.
