Wonderful salad dressing for iceberg or spring mix lettuces.
Ingredients
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 1/2 C buttermilk
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1/2 C Parmesan or Asiago grated cheese
- 1 T fresh basil slivers
- 1 T chopped chives
- 3 tsp chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours before serving

  I am always looking for new salad dressing recipes. This one is a bit different than the Italian one I posted about a year ago. I like the addition of sour cream, buttermilk and cheese. The basil and chives are nice as well. I will try this one for sure. Thanks for sharing!
