Irish Cream Beverage Mix
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 c. Vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, softend
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- In blender or possibly food processor with metal blade, combine all ingredients.
- Cover; blend at medium-low speed till smooth. Pour into freezer container.
- Freeze at least several hrs before using. To serve, stir 2 level tsp of mix into 6 ounce warm coffee. Mix can be stored in freezer for several months.
- Makes 1-2/3 c. mix.
