Irish Coffee Cake With Heavy Cream
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. Irish Whiskey
- 1/4 c. coffee liqueur
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Irish Whiskey
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except pecans. Prepare bundt pan by buttering and flour. Spread pecans around on bottom. Pour in mix. Bake 35 to 45 min.
- Bring to a boil. Cook about 4 min on low flame. Pour over cake and let seep in for several hrs. Unmold cake and serve with heavy unsweetened cream poured over each slice.
