    "Meat and vegetable rolls"

    Ingredients

    • 300 g. sliced beef
    • 100 g. prociutto
    • 200 g. thinly sliced fontina cheese
    • 200 g. boiled artichokes
    • 1 clove garlic
    • a pinch of parsley
    • 20 g. butter
    • 10 g. extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 1/2 glass white wine
    • Salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. In a pan, saute the vegetables with the oil, garlic, and parsley.
    2. Lay the meat on a tray, salt and pepper it; lay on each slice of meat, a slice of ham, then a slice of fontina and some artichokes. Roll the meat to obtain meat rolls, tie it with a cooking string, flour it.
    3. In a pan, gold the meat rolls with some olive oil, sprinkle with white wine, add the butter and some water to finish cooking (5 min).
