Involtini di carne e verdura
"Meat and vegetable rolls" Ingredients
- 300 g. sliced beef
- 100 g. prociutto
- 200 g. thinly sliced fontina cheese
- 200 g. boiled artichokes
- 1 clove garlic
- a pinch of parsley
- 20 g. butter
- 10 g. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 glass white wine
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a pan, saute the vegetables with the oil, garlic, and parsley.
- Lay the meat on a tray, salt and pepper it; lay on each slice of meat, a slice of ham, then a slice of fontina and some artichokes. Roll the meat to obtain meat rolls, tie it with a cooking string, flour it.
- In a pan, gold the meat rolls with some olive oil, sprinkle with white wine, add the butter and some water to finish cooking (5 min).
