This is an indoor version of grilling eggplant. Traditional grilling outdoors is still preferred by Filipinos. Ingredients
- Talong (eggplant)
- Dipping sauce:
- vinegar
- bagoong
Directions
- Set the oven to broil.
- Broil the eggplants on high.
- Constantly turn the eggplant until cooked.
- Serve as a side with vinegar OR bagoong
