    Ingredients

    • 6 c. cooked rice
    • Chinese noodles
    • Deboned 3-4 pound chicken (stewed with carrots, celery, onion)
    • Gravy (3 cans cream of chicken soup + 3 cans chicken broth/stock)
    • Sliced tomatoes (1 sm. per person)
    • 2 c. celery, sliced diagonally
    • 2 c. fresh crushed pineapple
    • Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    • Gravy (again)
    • 1 c. sliced almonds
    • 1 c. shredded coconut
    • Maraschino cherries (fresh)

    Directions

    1. Invite 6 to 8 people to dinner. Assign everyone ingredients to bring. The hostess should prepare the chicken. Set all the ingredients out. Pass each ingredients, 1 at a time, in the order written above. Each person should pile the ingredients on top of each other on their plates for a mountain effect. Surprisingly delicious and lots of fun!
