Individual Tortilla Pizza
Toppings can of course be added to suit your taste, but I usually make mine pretty much the same each time. This is my take on a healthier pizza. Ingredients
- Whole wheat tortilla(if it's too soft it won't crisp well).
- Tomato or pesto sauce.
- 1 oz cheese(I use mozzarella or goat cheese)
- 1 link of your favorite chicken sausage, sliced into bite size pieces
- Chopped roasted red pepper
- Chopped broccoli
- Pinch of oregano, basil, garlic powder & crushed red pepper
Directions
- Cover tortilla with toppings.
- Bake in oven at 425 or on a low grill for about 10 min, until slightly crispy.
