Individual Chocolate Fondue With Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 c. Heavy cream
- 7 ounce Best quality bittersweet chocolate Seasonal fruit, strawberries papayas pineapple Dry fruit, apricots Peanuts, minced Almonds, sliced and toasted Coconut, toasted Wooden skewers
Directions
- 1. In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a boil over moderate heat.
- 2. Place the chocolate in a medium bowl and pour in the warm cream.
- 3. Let sit for 5 min, then stir till smooth.
- 4. Divide the chocolate proportionately between four ramekins or possibly pudding bowls.
- 5. Set each ramekin on a plate and arrange assorted fruits around them.
- *This recipe can be easily doubled or possibly tripled for larger parties.
