Indian Spice Marinade
This marinade is perfect for a whole chicken, chicken breast or thighs or I think it'd be great to mix into veggies or use as a pasta sauce also. Very flavorful! And the best part is you can make it as spicy or mild as you want depending which variety of the spices you use. Ingredients
- 1 c greek yogurt or thick plain yogurt
- 3 T curry paste (I used red curry paste)
- 2 T garam masala
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 T lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Combine all the ingredient together in a bowl.
- If using a whole chicken, spread all over the chicken in the cavity and under the skin.
- Marinate for several hours.
- For chicken breast or thighs, mix in the marinade for a few hours.
- The longer you marinate, the more flavor.
