  • Indian Spice Marinade

    This marinade is perfect for a whole chicken, chicken breast or thighs or I think it'd be great to mix into veggies or use as a pasta sauce also. Very flavorful! And the best part is you can make it as spicy or mild as you want depending which variety of the spices you use.

    Ingredients

    • 1 c greek yogurt or thick plain yogurt
    • 3 T curry paste (I used red curry paste)
    • 2 T garam masala
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 T lime juice
    • 1 tsp sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine all the ingredient together in a bowl.
    2. If using a whole chicken, spread all over the chicken in the cavity and under the skin.
    3. Marinate for several hours.
    4. For chicken breast or thighs, mix in the marinade for a few hours.
    5. The longer you marinate, the more flavor.
