Ingredients
- PRAWN GM 250
- BLACK PEPPER KG .050
- ONION SLICE KG .100
- GREEN CHILLIES SLIT KG .015
- CURRY LEAVES KG .005
- TOMATOES SLICED KG .015
- CHILLY POWDER KG .010
- CUMIN WHOLE KG .005
- OIL LTR .020
- SALT KG TO TASTE
- PRAWN PEPPER MASALA
- Serve Time: 35 minutes

Directions
- PRAWN KG .250 ⢠Cut the onions into slices. Chop the green chillies.
- ⢠Pour oil into a pan. Add onions, green chillies, fry them in the oil till it get browned and then put the prawns into the fried onions and let it get cooked for (5 min)
- ⢠Then add turmeric, black pepper powder, chilly powder and salt to taste.
- ⢠Mix everything together and cook for (15 to 20 min) on medium flame.
