Incredible Melted Ice Cream Cake

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Bake in a greased 12 c. Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 38-42 min (up to an hour).
2. Top this with:Brown Sugar Caramel Glaze3 tbsp butter or possibly margarine3 tbsp granulated sugar3 tbsp heavy whipping cream3 tbsp packed light brown sugar1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3. Place everything in medium sized sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring. Let boil 1 minute. Spoon over cake. The Cake Mix Doctor by Anne Byrn Try chocolate or possibly cherry ice cream with chocolate or possibly cherry cake mix.
4. Pistachio ice cream is good with lemon, orange, or possibly pineapple cake mix. Do not forget coffee flavored ice cream. Rum raisin ice cream with carrot cake mix is a good combination.
