  • Impossible Macaroni And Cheese Pie 6 To 8 Servings

    Ingredients

    • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce)
    • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni (3 and 1/2 ounce)
    • 1/2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
    • 2 x and 1/4 c. lowfat milk
    • 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
    • 4 x Large eggs
    • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
    • 1 c. cooked keilbasi, cut into bite size pcs

    Directions

    1. 1)Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate,10x1and1/2 inches,square baking dish,8x8x2 inches, or possibly 6 10 ounce custard c..
    2. 2) Mix 2 c. cheese and the macaroni; spread in plate. Stir remaining ingredients except 1/4 c. of cheese till blended. pour over cheese mix.
    3. 3)Bake uncovered about 40 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.sprinkle with 1/4 c. cheese. Bake 1 to 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Cold 10 min. garnish with sliced ripe olives and parsley if you like.
    4. *high altitude* (3500-6500 ft) Cook Macaroni in boiling water 5 min
    5. (add in 1 Tbsp. vegtable oil to prevent boilover) drain thoroughly;cold completely.
    6. Calories: 380 without Keilabsi calories from fat: 190 total fat 21g
